Great staff , fast and accurate in sizing !! Only issue is the return policy . Next day or you get charged . Otherwise they would earn a 5 star

Just got my sons tux for prom and we have also gotten his suit for formal from here. They have so many styles to choose from and always had it ready early. Polite and helpful staff who always made him feel nice when trying on! Will go here for any future rental needs!

Latricia at Louie's Tux in Merrillville was amazing. She helped my very picky son fund a Tux for his winter formal. He wanted something unique, and he got a lot of compliments. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

I was in a wedding and we used Louie’s. After the try on / measuring day the lady in Michigan city ordered my dad’s vest and jacket incorrectly, and ordered my pants incorrectly. When I picked up the fixed orders my dad’s button up shirt had been swapped with a different one that was snug on him.

They then don’t open until noon on the day after the majority of the events take place. Proms and weddings are on Saturdays. They give you a 5 hour window to return or they charge you.

I would go anywhere else.

We have used them 3 times and no issues. The staff has been great each time. A couple times they needed adjustments and that was taken care of in time. Biggest issue is the return date has been Sunday and they are only open 5 hours that day. But we’ve figured it out each time.

The suits for the groomsmen were a perfect fit! Staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Plenty of suit options. We’d definitely return in the future.
