I got my 3rd ear piercing done 2 days ago and it was great! The girl was very nice and did a great job. I initially was going to go to a tattoo and piercing place but it turned into a huge hassle. It was big time tattoos and piercings. They told me on Tuesday the piercer was in on Wed, Fri and sat so I went in on Wed to be told that the piercer wasn't there and to just keep calling until she's there, which is difficult when they never answer the phone. So I got frustrated said screw it let's just go to the mall. I know people say the needle is better but I honestly think if it's just your earlobes the gun is absolutely fine. Lovisa was great. She took her time made sure I was happy with placement, made me feel very comfortable. Plus it wasn't a hassle. Just walk in and get it done, plus it was cheaper by 20bucks.

Hi so I went in today for an ear piercing. I believe the employees name was Ashley and she did a wonderful job. She made me feel welcome the moment I walked in and I had an amazing experience🙌🏾. She makes sure you like the placement and will gladly accommodate it to your liking. So if you ever need a piercing I’d recommend Ashley🙂.

Went in here today, because there was a sign that said 'free ear piercing'. My daughter (she's 9) walked to the woman & asked how it was free & she said you just buy the earrings. They were $30 I believe. The lady said we had to fill out a form which is a QR code you scan. I scanned it & filled it out with my daughter's info as she was the one getting the piercing done. It said they needed an ID card for her guardian so I walk to the counter & told the lady. She said 'oh just put her birthday as yours so it doesn't flag her as being under 18.' Uhm nope. If all that had to be done was take a photo copy of my ID, why wasn't it done? Why did I need to lie about her birthday? 🚩

Good customer service - very sweet girl. Just very mediocre jewelry. So many items damaged set out and the one I purchased snapped immediately, which obviously the employee said “no refunds” which probably should’ve been a red flag. Don’t get me wrong, super cute jewelry, but it is basically shein quality at best.
