My experience with Low’s Bridal was total perfection. Hannah was INCREDIBLE. They have an amazing dress selection, as well, and I found something way below my budget that checked all of my boxes. I loved it here! I thoroughly recommend this spot. ❤️ it’s in a beautiful antique railroad hotel in a quiet little town. Totally gorgeous. Thank you, Hannah, and thank you to your team at Low’s! Y’all are awesome.

I said Yes to the dress at LOW'S. My experience was nothing less than awesome at Low's Bridal and Formal. I was able to find my perfect wedding gown on the first visit. Hannah was my bridal consultant and she did and exceptional job with assisting me. She was very knowledgeable about the gowns, the designers and the inventory. I definitely recommend Hannah for all of your bridal essentials. She's super sweet, beautiful, friendly, professional & attentive. But most of she enjoys interacting with others. If you get the opportunity to stop by Low's Bridal be sure to ask for an appointment with Hannah. However, all of the bridal consultants will gladly assist you. The whole staff in general are super friendly & professional. Low's has a very large selection of gorgeous gowns that will accommodate multiple sizes from a 2-32. I look forward to posting my photos in my beautiful gown after the wedding ceremony.

Shopping at Low’s Bridal was truly an experience!! The selections are stunning and that makes it hard to choose lol. The customer service was exceptional and Daleigh was such an amazing stylist. She asked what I was looking for and recommended dresses which led to me choosing my dream wedding dress! I would recommend her and this bridal shop to anyone!

10/10 recommend wedding dress shopping at Low’s! From the minute you walk in the door you are taken away at the amount of beautiful dresses they have to choose from. My consultant, Ashlyn was the absolute best and found my dream dress! Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I felt beautiful!

I was nervous going into the appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised to be very comfortable the whole time. Erin was amazing!! She made me feel heard and did not push me to try on anything I didn’t want to try on. It was overall an amazing experience today. So glad I got to say yes to the dress here!!

Erin at Low’s was a dream to work with! She was very upfront and helpful with her suggestions and knowledge. She got to know me quickly and encouraged me to try on a few of her picks, one of which I ended up leaving with! It was my dream dress that I never would’ve pictured myself in prior to seeing it, but fit me perfectly and had the overall look and feel I was going for.

I am giving four stars instead of five due to the amount of time we had to wait before our appointment actually began. My appointment time was 11am and we didn’t get started until 11:45am. While the consultants were running around helping other brides, the two ladies at the front desk sat back. It would’ve been nice to have gotten an update from them or just a brief check-in to let us know that appointments were running behind. Both Erin and the lady who ended up checking us out (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name - she was very sweet!) apologized for the wait and were very appreciative of us.

Overall, my experience at Low’s as a bride-to-be was amazing and I can’t wait to wear my dress!
