Super friendly staff. Good selection for private school uniforms! The only complaint I have is that I was offered store credit instead of a refund for 4 pairs of pants that didn't fit. I had the receipt and all the tags were still on the pants.

Our experience two years in a row at Luers has been amazing - each time the associate brought a great selection for my little one, and helped size her appropriately. Today, we were helped by Abby, who was so gentle and kind to my child, and incredibly helpful to me. My little one walked away with two pairs of shoes that will see her through for another couple seasons. We love Luers!

The only physical store I’m aware of in the area to get (and try on) my children’s private school clothing. The prices (without the embroidery) is reasonable. Staff are friendly. The kids thought the store was cool because there are three separate levels Ave lots of stairs. 3 sections include: school uniforms, dance attire, and shoes (plus a very small amount of toys). My only complaint is that u I wanted to get shoes for my kiddos but couldn’t find anyone on that level to get shoes from the back for my kiddo. We had to eventually leave and look on a website for the ones my son wants but I still want him to try them on first. A but frustrating but overall my school uniform shopping was successful and that was the most important part of the experience.

Luer's is a gem. We go there for shoes for our toddler grandson. Their selection is excellent and their staff people are experts in fitting our little fellow's feet. Prices are competitive with other sellers, including online ones. All right here in Springfield! Luer's cannot be beat!!

As always the staff went above and beyond. I inquired about a specific type of Birkie sandal, which they ordered for me. They are aware that I'm high risk and can't get vaccinated, plus have a dog with severe separation anxiety so told me that they could bring the shoes out for me to try on. Plus they ended up holding them for me for a couple of weeks. Picked up today. They brought them out, and they were right on the money with the fit. Lovely people and cheerful. Plus dog people as they came out to say, "Hi" to my boy.

Amanda took care of My Granddaughter and Me. We were there for Her first pair of proper shoes. Georgia just turned a year old. Amanda was so nice and professional. She knows Her stuff! The shoes are adorable and the fit is perfect. We had a great experience. WE will be back! Thank u so much

Bought my daughter her first pair of "real" shoes here (Stride Rite sneakers). Great selection of styles and sizes. Friendly, knowledgeable sales clerk who obviously cared about getting it right. Clever, toddler-height train set to get the littles to stand still long enough to check fit. Punch card to reward customer loyalty. We will be back!
