The people here are exceptional!! They go above and beyond to help! I have used them several times throughout the years and will continue to do so. Randy went above and beyond. He repaired my work laptop extremely fast and got me going again for a fair price! Also showed me how to stay up to date and keep my pc healthy. Highly recommend if you need a refurbished computer or need your fixed.

I would recommend Mach 1PC to anyone looking to buy new or just repair or update older computer systems. Even under stress (dealing with me), Randy, (bless his heart) was pretty busy the day I visited, he was the only Tech in the store at the time, I was impressed. Even with my limited computer knowledge, I felt enlightened once Randy explained why my laptop would never be a gaming laptop. AND he tolerated my sarcasm (not everyone can do that). I'm not sure where Scott Polston was, I never did see him, he must think he's the boss or something. Overall, an outstanding visit to the computer store, laptop repaired, got some 'puter education & had a little fun. What are you waiting for? Go see Scott & Randy, MY "Mach 1PC" Computer Team!!!
