Never ordering from this boutique again. I have ordered from them in the past and have had good experiences (because there were no issues). I recently ordered a dress I wanted to wear to a wedding in the next month. When I received the order, I wanted to try the dress on so I first pulled down the zipper before putting the dress on, and the zipper would not budge not even a little. There was no fabric or string or anything observable in the way. I even had my husband try the zipper and he worked on it for a good hour with no luck. I emailed them and reported the situation. They advised that others were having the same issue and to try the zipper without the dress on. I advised them I had done that from the beginning. I was ignored. I emailed them again to follow up about a week later with no luck. Very disappointed with customer service and the lack of follow through.

Purchased a super cute pair of pink boots, they arrived quickly and were just as the picture showed. I wore them one time and the bottoms are destroyed. Not worth the money!! I reached out to the boutique and their customer service is even poorer than their quality of boot. They ignored my email so I messaged them on Instagram, and was given a thoughtless response. I'm well aware of the struggles a small boutique can endure when returns are made, but selling expensive footwear that can't even withstand one use and on top of that providing lousy customer service is poor business.

This shop is amazing! Not only was the shipping super fast but each one of the items I ordered was very well made and super cute! Not to mention their sizing charts/ descriptions of each item are very helpful. I’m usually a large but ordered a small in a jacket based on their description of it and it fits perfect. Can’t wait to shop again!

Poor quality items. They refuse to offer returns. A pair of boots I bought came in all scratched up and defected. Merchant is very rude over emails. I do not recommend buying from this boutique. They will take your money and you get stuck with a poorly made products.

What a fantastic store!! Shipping was crazy quick and when I got my "bulldog people are my kinda people" shirt in the mail, they had hand written a thank you and sent me with a free pair of stud earrings!! I will be shopping here more often! Thank you Maddie Bea!!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by everyone. Mrs Robin off the rip started pulling items for me and was still helping everyone else! I will definitely be back! They had the cutest items & friendliest staff!!

Jz ordered 2 dresses from them and I was hesitant at first cz i usually wear size XL but i went ahead and got size L since it says it’s stretchable. OMGGG!! Lemme jz say d quality is AMAZING and I got d dress in less than a week aaaand they gave me free earring too☺️ THANK YOU❤️❤️❤️ This is going to be my new favorite website from now on.
