This guy replaced a battery in my dive watch.
I got the watch a little wet the same day and water got inside my watch.
After I called him, he said since he replaced the battery, I can never get it wet again.
He charged me 40 bucks only to ruin a 400 dollar watch.

Rude owner. I had a watch and asked him to remove (1) link. He said he couldn’t do the work because his tool broke to remove the pins! “Your a jeweler and you don’t have more than (1) tool!” Poor customer service to say the least.

Needless to say he’s lost our business!

I have only lived in the area for 3 years however I was looking online for something local.
The owner told me he's been in business over 30 years! If you are looking for unique & quality pieces, this might be the ticket!
It's a wonderful treasure of a jewelry store in Old Town Cottonwood.

I will be returning at some point.

I stopped in at Magenta jewelry several years ago, and knew at that point, that Clair was the person I'd go to if I ever wanted custom jewelry. Fast-forward...I picked up a gorgeous Larimar ring and pendant that I'd asked him to set with minimal metal--I wanted the stones but with a more fine jewelry appearance over the southwestern style. I was nervous, and what still blows my mind is that they look exactly the way I had envisioned. I haven't taken the ring off since the day I picked it up and put it on my finger.

Clair is a very honest and kind business owner. He is very knowledgeable and designs beautiful jewelry. He took the time to show us raw turquoise, and explained the difference between natural turquoise and stabilized turquoise, and what stabilized meant. Clair takes pride in his creations, and the quality of his work is worth the price, and I felt his prices were very fair. Thank you Clair, I love my bracelet! It's one of a kind!

This was a special find for me. At the end of a long touring day, I walked in and was amazed at the beautiful and unique jewelry on display. Clair spoke with me for a long time and dug out things he thought I might like that weren't out. He was very knowledgeable. I ended up buying two rings that were resized for me and mailed to my house.They arrived quickly and make me happy wearing them.
