Great service and always with a smile. They do everything and more, no need to stand in line at USPS. I suggest and highly recommend this store to help support a great local small business, and to save time standing in long lines at USPS. TW

The woman at the counter was very pleasant and helpful and this review does not pertain to her. However the man (maybe they owner) was not wearing a mask even considering that they have a sign posted stating masks must be worn. Another customer entered the store and he was not wearing a mask either and he was not directed to do so at anytime during his visit. I try to support local businesses but will not be returning and I will conduct my business elsewhere.

I have been doing business here for many years. The friendly atmosphere & quick service makes it easy for me to save time! Thankfully the store is very close to my home. I think everyone in Rio Rancho should check out this store for all your shipping & correspondence needs.

Ramona and Greg run a 5-star service here! They handle mail and packages efficiently. Every time you receive a package, they promptly send an email as well as put a notice in your mailbox. They group your packages together so that when you come in, they know exactly where your packages are! If you need mail service, or are shipping out packages, this is the best place to go!

Super friendly and nice. Excellent customer service. I get treated like family when I go in. I use my p.o. box for everything, it's one of the few p.o boxes that can have everything sent to. Mona and Andi are the best!

Great service, respectful and clear information provided. I don't live in the area anymore, but when I'm in town and need mailing service, this is a good go to.
