In addition and stayed a while and the owners were very informative about the products and helpful.
Very professional and the products were NOT OVERLY priced like other jewelry chain stores. Awesome products at affordable prices.

Terrible at communicating. Took an heirloom pocket watch in for evaluation. What they say they’re “going to do” is vastly different than what they actually do. Even after pressing for a better explanation- it turns out “as clear as mud” because when you think you understand your on the same page- they turn the page and do far less.
I know nothing more now about the watch than I did 3 weeks ago after multiple trips.
I was told they would “take apart the watch and forward pictures “for no charge because he loves working on watches”. After a week’s wait and a call to ask about the “pictures” they opened the “hinged rear cover” and took the same pictures I had already taken- It took longer for them to attach and send the pics by text than it did to actually open the watch and take the pics.
I hoped to have “real” details as my wife is actually “now in London” and I made it known to them early in the process of parts were necessary she could ask some of the business folks she is meeting with and they are all top business leaders who would have been helpful in getting a list of jewelers skilled in heirloom watches that I could put Malinich’s in touch with.
Thank for nothing!! This is my “Grandps England’s” watch “dissembled” - the hinged cover opened- ten seconds worth of effort- something I had already done.

This place is absolutely amazing. So thankful for there honestly and that is so hard to find! I took in my necklace today because I was worried about the clasp. They took a quick look at it and said they were glad I took it in but that everything was just fine.

I ordered a custom anniversary ring to match my engagement ring with a specific size of diamonds. There was a very small band of diamonds already attached to my engagement ring. That ring cost $600.00. What I received back was a small band of diamonds. That custom ring cost me over $1900.00. I told them that is not want I ordered and wanted the ring removed from my band and refunded. Surprise and beware they do not refund custom rings. So I am stuck with a very expensive tiny band of diamonds. I was duped. Update: disputed above mishap through credit card company and won dispute. Please, Please, Please use your credit card with this jewelry store.

Wonderful experience today. My daughter at the last minute ask to wear her grandmothers wedding set for her vows while her set is being sized for her ceremonial service next month. I in a panic needed to get the set cleaned by the next day. No only did the owner explain the normal processes of professional cleaning that could not be met but offered to at least try to surface clean and remove what he could. Im so thrilled and years of tarnish was removed. Thank you so very much.

My name is Sandra Cotter and this is regards to a Situation that happened today. I have a pendant that was handmade by Martin that is exquisite and they had made earrings to go with it. They offer a layaway plan for year in which I placed the earrings. A certain amount of money was to be pulled every month for the year. I was there in person to make the very first transaction. They had not pulled the last three. I was waiting for them to reach out to me. Today I spoke with Denise on the phone at one point she proceeded to tell me that they had called multiple times and that had not reached me and they attempted to run my card multiple times to no avail. I verified my phone number as well as the card number on the phone with Denise and what they had was correct. She was rude and condescending; making it that it was my fault. I assured her that there should’ve been any issues and that I’ve received no phone calls. The demeanor in which she spoke to me was terrible. I told her that she can start taking the monthly amount out again not the back amount and we would start over fresh this month due to no fault of my own. I was told no. I’m not going to back pay for an issue that was not my fault but hers. I told her she could keep the earrings and the money I had already paid. I have since verified and re-informed her that my phone bill shows they’ve never called and I spoke with my bank and that merchant ID number has never hit my bank since the original transaction. Either she’s unaware of how to correctly push buttons or just made an honest mistake and misplaced my stuff. Those things happen and that is fine but the way she handled the situation in her attempt to blame me for something that is totally on them was ridiculous. The jewelry there is fantastic but I will never be going back because of Denise and if you wish to purchase jewelry there because it is worth every bit of what it is, avoid Denise at all costs and make sure someone else is dealing with all of your transactions. She is not an asset even though she’s an owner. Extremely disappointed in her behavior toward me which she got back tenfold in return.

Stephanie and her family did a phenomenal job helping me find my engagement ring. They were very thorough, understanding, and cognizant of what I wanted. The professionalism was top-notch, and I felt as though I was there in the process every step of the way. Highly recommend them!

Dropped off an earring to be repaired. Told it would cost $120.00 to make a tiny solder because the loop was delicate. Picked up few days later. Paid in full. Beautiful solder job, except they soldered the wrong loops together. Husband returned, they admitted mistake. Took both earrings to make sure it was done correctly this time. Picked up, and the earring is loop is terrible! Exactly what owner said would happen if they did the regular solder. And to make matters worse, the other earring used to correct the mistake on the first one is damaged. I do not reccomend them. And SHAME ON YOU!! You know exactly what you did Malinich . Charging me and now I have ruined earrings. Shame....On....You!

Then you willingly did this, knew that you ruined my earrings? Didn't fix them? Called me to say pick up they're ready? Admit that you are sorry? Why didn't you just make them right? Or tell me you couldn't do the repair? Refund my money and I can try some other jeweler and HOPE they can repair the damage. These came from my children for mother's day!! 20 years ago!!
