Manny’s Boots

I found Manny’s Boots on social media and contacted him about adding sole protectors to my new boots. He told me what options were available and knocked out the repair in a timely matter. The boots look great and wouldn’t hesitate using him again.

More than pleased with my boot repair. Had a very bad experience with another repair shop. They didn’t even last a week. Found manny on YouTube and reached out to him. Responded back very quickly. Sent him some pictures of my lucchese boots. Went over what all I would like him to do. He is very knowledgeable and a true master craftsman. When I received them back yesterday they turned out amazing. Will be using him from now on and will be having a custom pair made soon. Thank you sir These are some before and after pictures I am in these boots for 12-14 hours a day and they feel amazing.

There should be more than 5 stars available to rate Manny's work. His work is absolutely top-notch. If you want a custom pair of boots or if you need a repair, he's your man.

Update: Manny contacted me, picked up the shoes, repaired and returned them in 24hrs. He did an excellent job! In addition, he accepted responsibility and fixed the problem. This is integrity and good customer service. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. This is the worst shoes repair job. I took 8 pairs of shoes for new rubber heel tips. It took 2 weeks to complete the repairs and the heel tips were plastic - see picture for result after 1 wear. When I contacted them, I was told the tips were defective. Took 6 pairs back for redo and it took 3 weeks to get my shoes back. The job looks worse than before. Some tips are too small, others are slanted, and heel damaged on one pair. I paid $95 to them & still have to take my shoes elsewhere to be fixed.

I can't recommend Manny's Boots & Repairs enough. I brought my Iron Rangers in for Manny's "The Logger" recrafting service, and he knocked it out of the park. He hooked my Red Wings up with some Vibram honey soles, leather heel bases, leather midsoles, steel shanks, and new cork filling, AND he cleaned and conditioned them. He's a genuine craftsman who will get your boots right for the right price.

I’ve been needing to leave a review for a couple days, it’s been a busy week, but I had to make sure to leave a review when I realized the pair of boots I sent to him to have resoled/remade were the ones that I was told I “should wear for Thanksgiving” by the other half, and I couldn’t agree more. If you’re lookin for someone to either work magic on your boots or be good enough to tell u that they’re a lost cause, Manny is your guy. His work speaks for itself, it feels like you’re talkin to an old friend after about half a minute of talkin to him, he knows his stuff and isn’t afraid to be honest and always professional. Thanks so much for the boots my friend, Happy Thanksgiving and y’all send your boots in to get fixed and support this Good Man.

Boots are great, worn them every day since I’ve got them. Put them through mud, water, cow pens and riding. Wear great supper comfortable and have another pair on the way!

They do good work it just takes weeks and for you to follow up on getting your items returned. I've gotten heal replacements and boot cleanings. I just feel if I'm having to pay upfront for services it should be a quick turnaround. I shouldn't have to call multiple times to get things back.
