I was hesitant to go in because of some of the reviews I read regarding having a “pretty woman experience”. I wanted to take a gander anyways because the store has so much to offer. That wasn’t the case at all for me! I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer. I brought my baby in and walked around, everything in there is divine. I didn’t buy anything but I have my eye on a few items now and I know where to shop when I want to treat myself or buy a gift for someone!

The staff is very rude and condescending. I tried on a dress and wanted to order another size and was told we only order for customers buying higher end clothing. The dress was over $500.00. Please, get over yourself. I will not shop there again.

Other reviews have said it perfectly, I also felt a “pretty women” vibe. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating customers this way. Went in to buy a pair of Balmain sunglasses and dolce shoes and overheard a coworker say to the other to “watch me”
I made it clear that I heard them and instead of an apology I got a dirty look.
Luckily waterside mall had the same items I wanted and got my purchase in the end along with really helpful and respectful help from from their sales team. Even snagged a couple other items!

Dear Marissa, Please don’t reply with “call management “ instead take that time to teach your employees some proper etiquette

I popped in here for a quick outfit change for a dinner I had. Tom helped me and is exceptional! He stayed within my budget and made me look like a million dollars. This store carries some of best and in-style clothes.

I recently had a very high-profile wedding and came down to Marissa’s on a Wednesday, three days before the wedding. I was actually returning a dress I had bought from them online for the wedding that did not work out. I had never been to the store before.
The day before I called to make sure I could return the on-line purchase at the store and at the same time made an appointment for the next day, Wednesday, with Kira, who answered the phone.
When I arrived on Wednesday Kira was waiting and super nice. She was nicely dressed but nothing intimidating. She worked with me for the next three hours to find a dress.
Unfortunately the dress we found was scratchy under the arms from the sequins, too long and needed a different zipper as it kept catching on the material. Kira brought in the seamstress and scheduled everything to be fixed by the next day, with no rush or alterations fee. I had such a positive experience that I brought my son’s girlfriend Sydney, with me the next day, who was also going to the wedding. We found a lovely dress for her as well.
Interestingly, on Thursday night Sydney found the dress on sale on the designer’s website and we showed the discounted price to Kira, she honored it immediately. When we came back on Friday, Sydney picked up her dress and it fit beautifully!
I am coming down next week to meet with Kira again as a friend needs a dress
for a wedding up north, I hope we have good luck.
I actually met Mirassa ( store owner) at the wedding I attended. She was a totally down to earth; any attitude staff may have, based on the reviews certainly didn’t come from the top, I would urge you to give her a second chance.

Take your money where your business is appreciated! Not where you get kicked out because it's one minute after closing, for very questionable reasons. I've never seen anything like this. If you can't work late, quit the retail business, especially in a touristy area! They just lost thousands of dollars of sales because of this one sales person ($11k to be specific). And what's even more disappointing is, she was targeting, she didn't kick out all customers, she was so openly profiling. I guess we didn't look expensive enough, coming from the beach. Wow. I didn’t expect to encounter this lack of customer service and customer profiling in downtown Naples, what a disappointment. I feel like this boutique is not worthy of being part of the downtown Naples experience. And I'm happy to take my business and go shopping somewhere else. It was definitely my first negative experience in Naples, in the number of times I've been here. Too bad, there was a lovely gold ring that my husband thought would have been a fabulous gift for my birthday.

My first visit to Marissa’s Boutique, and it was a wonderful experience.
My daughter, son in law, and myself were out walking spending some time together, for my daughter’s 25 Birthday. I thought, I want to treat her to a special gift, so I thought let’s check this store out.
We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, offered a refreshment, and my son in law took a seat. My daughter and I were given a short tour of the store. My daughter found a special dress, and one of the associates, started her a fitting room.
This associate, didn’t stop with the dress-
She gathered, shoes, matching accessories, etc;
When my daughter came out of the fitting room, in the dress, she added a jacket, and sunglasses.
She made my daughter feel, like a real model-
She also made her day, super special.
A beautiful store, and a beautiful experience for my daughter.
Best luxury treatment, I’ve seen in a very long time.
