Hay botas en buenas condiciones para el trabajo

I purchased a MEN’S button down shirt for Marti and Liz Hixson for my husband. These are located at the very front of the store and in a sealed package. They are called the stay tucked shirt, but without a picture or anything I did not realize what that meant. I took this out of the packaging and found it winched and the bottom with three buttons like that of which you’d find on a toddler onesie. I brought it back to Marti and Liz without a receipt but with ALL tags still attached. When I got there the same exact shirt was and many others were still up front in the packaging so I was hoping it would be easy to return it and receive store credit. When I showed the two clerks the shirt they even got a good giggle over how it was cinched as if made for a toddler and the 3 buttons at the bottom that looked like baby clothing. I bought this for a 36 year old man so obviously this would not work and since it was in a sealed package I had no way of knowing it would look so bizarre on the bottom. The girls said they would speak to their manager to ask about an exchange, fifteen minutes later they told me an exchange could not be done without a exempt even though it was clearly from this store. The manager whose name is Whitney did not come out to talk to me during the entire time I was there but as soon as I left came out from her office to talk to the girls about what I assume was this situation (I was in my car still since I started this review right away). It took a long time for an answer, no interaction from a manager, no help, no hello, no I’m sorry, TERRIBLE customer service on the manager’s end. I will absolutely NOT be spending money here any longer. Pictures attached to see why there is no way this shirt would work and pictures of how they are “displayed” in the store.

This store lacks customer service! From the moment you walk in, you are not greeted or spoken to the whole time you are there. Even if I had found some shoes there, I don’t think I would have purchased them. I have been there several times and each time is the same. I have no interest in returning.

It's a great place to look for shoes at a nice discount price. Many name brands like Asics, Hoka, Nike, etc. It's all overstock so the selection is hit or miss but they put out new things every day.

The owners and staff are super nice and it's well worth a visit!

At least 2/3 of the store is women's shoes but I still found an excellent pair of Hoka runners for nearly half price. Check it out!
