Customer Service Definitely Does NOT Matter Here! Airen, Is Especially A Very Very Rude Individual...She Was Tapping On The Register While Assisting Me, That Was Uber Professional! Instead of Rushing Customers And Acting Like You're Doing Us A Favor, Have Some Grace, Act Like Human Beings, AND Maybe Clean Up That Filthy Store!

Horrible customer service filthy gas station inside

Everone knows that meijer gas station assess a holding fee when you pay at the pump. However what you may not kno, but need to know is that...it will CLEAN OUT YOUR ACCOUNT assessing that fee. There is no cap on what they are allowed to charge. It happened to myself and another gentleman in mid march. Assessed him $75, and me, $40...with NO GAS!! Pump canceled transaction. We sent for store manager. They sent us a young, petty functionary with a REAL REAL smart mouth, said"I can't help you, the only way to prevent this again is to go inside to pay. Your $ will post back to your bank in 72 hours."She admitted that their system would take an unlimited amount for the holding fee, after I told her that it had taken $40 out of my acct. and I didn't get gas. It didn't matter to her, IF, it were all the $ I had, and didn't have $ to go inside to pay again. That would actually defeat the purpose for everyone involved,...clean out the account and not dispense any gas!! She had: No symphony, No apology, and I didnt get Nooo Gas from Meijer!
No matter the hardship it puts on the customer Meijer defended thier policies !! SHAME ON YOU MEIJER...SHAME ON YOU!! look for official consumer complaint investigations.

Attendant is rude and talks to you like a child. Then the only way to get help is you have to walk around the building to a small window. Not worth going to in the early mornings if this is the service offered.

Easy in and out. 2 clerks, but there was a system error with another customer and a debit card that backed everyone else up. Not the clerk's fault!

I try not to come here. They need to scan your driver's license every time you want a pack of cigarettes, lottery, etc. Then yesterday a rude cashier.

I stopped for gas between 1130 and 1230 last night it was freezing cold I had to knock on store window to get the kids attention even tho he saw me walking up and proceeded to walk to the other side of the store walking back to the window took an extremely long time probably because his pants where around his ankles I told him I needed unleaded gas I go to the pump only priemium was lit unleaded wasn't working I walk back to Window wait for him to slowly come up I said unleaded he shook his head yes but still I could only get priemium freezing cold and done dumbness for the day I pay about 1.00$ more than was nessacary because hey we all have tons of $$$ to throw away rite
O yeah called for a manager and nobody knows when 1 would be available
