Absolutely the easiest and best experience. Walked in with my boyfriends watch 2 days ago. Needed cleaned, band fixed, and a new battery. Got a call this morning that it was ready. It was shining and perfect. $20. That's it. The adorable baby behind the desk was a nice bonus. Great service. Friendly faces. Will be back!

My girlfriend bought me a unlimited 2006 Harley Davidson watch . 2019 my watch was running weird took it into Mr.Melton and asked if he could fix it he said yes. Came back a week later to pick it up told me it needed a new battery , came back the next week not working again . Mr. Melton let's replace the motor ? Ok I said .$ 95.00 later still not work and missing the Harley Davidson logo crown to set the watch ( eagle was engraved into it ) gone asked Mr.Melton about it he said he never noticed it and it was gone now .since 2019 I've been going in monthly and finally last week he told me he couldn't fix it and to take it to someone else . .
I will never return to this s store again . They may be nice , but if you can't fix what people pay for maybe it's time to hang it up ? Retire .thanks for ruining my watch and wasting so much of my time. I wouldn't recommend no one to go here for repairs.

Had a most wonderful experience at Melton Jewelers. On the road when my watchband broke. Stopped by for a repair. He did the job quickly and also reset the watch’s date function. Couldn’t have been kinder! Highest recommendation

I went in to have a watch battery replaced & a small repair on a necklace. The clasp had broken off. They were super nice. Very reasonably priced & they did an excellent job. They even cleaned it for me.

My experience with Melton Jewelers is always excellent! Chuck and Linda are very knowledgeable about their business and the friendliest of people. They are such an asset to the community of Galesburg. I would not feel as comfortable with anyone else. I can always trust Chuck's work and his guidance!
