They have the worst customer service. Everytime I order with them I have an issue with receiving my items. I don't know why I keep going back. They don't communicate when it's a back order. No one knows when you're order will arrive after telling you it will take 3 weeks. There are rude employees who answer the phones. One employee will tell you one thing the other tells you that's not true. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I will never return again. I highly to do not recommend this place to anyone I come in contact with.

Went in to pick up some uniform items. Taliored while I waited
Staff is friendly and helpful. Back ordered some custom work boots .. Fair proves for quality materials.. Will use them for my uniform and boots . Other items for police and security us avabile at fair prices.

Never an issue with Argo Uniform. If they don't stock what you need, they order it and get it relatively quickly. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Family owned and operated

This place always never hve any postal uniform shirts nor pants... Everything is always in back order...Urghhhh..My recent purchase was my very last... I tried using my postal credit card nd they told me bcuz of their new machine nd swiping it so many times it's not working.. Come to find out they weren't putting in the expiration date..Duhhhh.. I've been going there for 9yrs.. But not ever again. This place is 5min away from my house.. Now I'm looking for another store.

Went here with a voucher from my employer ordered 2 5.11 pants was told two weeks at most that turned into two months with me calling on several times to check in on the order I keep getting told I'll get a call when they come in, ordered pants end of October I don't get a call till January and it's because they want to ask if it's okay to give the pants to another customer who wants to buy, by this time it doesn't even matter I've had to go to another store and pay full price for pants, thank you Argo.

Need to improve on working with one customer at a time. Two hours for uniforms they called to was ready. Shouldn't have to wait no more than ten minutes if order was supposed to be ready.
