Visited Michelle's over the weekend, looking for a gown and an interview outfit, left very happy ?. We drove over 3 hours to get there. Everyone was super helpful and friendly! Great shopping experience! Michelle's is DEFINITELY the place to go. We LOVE our purchases! We LOVE this store!!!! Wish I could give 10 stars ❤️.

We traveled over an hour to Michelle's Formal Wear in Adel and I was not disappointed. Addison was very helpful, nice, professional, and patient! She provided us with excellent customer service. We said yes to the dress! I'll definitely be back !

Nice shop with several dresses to choose from. It's nice that the dresses are sorted by color. So if you know what color you want it's easy to select the dress by size. They have price ranges for most budgets. There were dresses ranging from $258 - $3,000. The staff was very helpful and are willing to make changes to the dresses as needed. They also do makeup right in the shop! There was another part of the shop a couple doors down...we did not go in there but it looked like it was wedding dresses. We drove up from Jacksonville, FL.

If you need women's dresses for any occasion I recommend Michelle's I went there to be measured for a suit and they was very kind and it's very clean and nice atmosphere

Nice big store full of formal dresses! Great selection! Dressing rooms need an update. And we didn't have luck in part due to my daughter's size being a double 0! But they were very nice and helpful!!

Dress was special ordered and delivered to shop instead of drop shipped to our home. Not her fault but if we had not been close enough to drive, 2.5 hours, we wouldn't have had the dress on time.
Other than that hiccup, staff was friendly as you would expect in a small southern town.
Plenty of dress selection along with accessories at a reasonable price. Well be back for the next prom needs.

Great selection of gorgeous formal wear! Plenty of associates, eager to help. Came home with the PERFECT dress, shoes, and jewelry! AND, Michelle was there. It's not just a random name for a shop! She is there to head up things and to make those young ladies feel extra special!
