The entire experience was great. The sales team made an appointment and came out within a couple of days of our inquiry. They helped with picking materials and colors and were very knowledgeable about the products. We had a quote in 48 hours and had the shades ordered two days later. The shades took two weeks to come in and were installed about 5 days after that. The installation team was fantastic.
