The staff at Miller's has always been top notch! No pressure to buy, knowledgeable about your specific needs, prices are reasonable, courteous and efficient. Just all around great people! It's certainly worth the almost hour drive to go to them for our shoe needs!!!

I buy all my shoes at Miller Shoe parlor, the 4th generation show store in downtown Jackson.

This is a great place to buy a pair of New Balances and the right pair for your feet fitted by certified pedorthists.

I went to two different big name stores before coming to Miller shoe parlor. The experience was fantastic. Greeted when I came in the door, out with a new pair of shoes in a few minutes. Will recommend to anyone looking for shoes! Carter ( salesperson) was great!

I rarely do reviews , but this one has to be done.
I’m an older adult that has been around awhile so I know integrity, value, and genuine great customer care.
The people go beyond expectations. About 10 years ago we refound this shoe store. Since then we have enjoyed the personal fitting of the shoes…and just recently I needed custom made inserts for my shoes to help my knee issues. Steve ( the owner ) made them personally…who knew we had this talent in Jackson,Mi . They were ready the next day ( not that it might take longer sometimes) He was thorough and had me walk to make sure they were correct…one he said needed adjusted…he went and did that.. fantastic. Even my Knee specialist was impressed.

My job requires me to be on my feet 10+ hours a day, seven days a week. I've had an ever growing pain in my foot, it started more than a dozen years ago and got to the point I could hardly walk on it by the end of the day. Five doctors over the years including two foot doctors and a neurologist couldn't help. One visit to Miller's and they fixed it. Crazy but true. All for less than a Dr visit! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
