Been in this store 3 times,, I learn Slow, lol. Male owner is one of the WORST CS people you will ever meet.. ONLY reason we went back was they had the color the wife wanted.... However, daughter helped us, She is ok, If he is there, be careful, know what you want.. He is NOT interested in YOU

Worst customer service ever! The owner is smug, sarcastic, and kind of a bully. I urge visitors and locals alike to take their business to places like: Kona Boys, Big Island Marine, or Pacific Vibrations for a much better shopping experience.

Came in to look for my other half a bodyboard and a leash. Owner was very helpful and educated and gave great advice when choosing a board and what would best fit him. Would recommened 100% shopping for your surf/bodyboarding needs (:

Great shop for body boards, surf boards, and swim suits. Owner welcomed us when we walked in and was super helpful! They had a lot of cute bikinis made in Hawaii with original designs. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Great little shop!

We got the the 2/$25 deal for snorkel gear. It wasn't the best equipment, but it was great for what we paid. It was nice to not feel pressured to use it everyday to get our money's worth like on previous trips.

The highlight of this shop is the staff. There was a wonderful young woman who helped us and shared lots of great tips about the island, beaches and snorkeling. She was a gem and the main reason I took the time to write a review.

Definitely worth checking out if you're in Kona. I love to support small businesses who do business well.

I met the owner today at Millers and he had the honor of being the only unpleasant person I have met in Hawaii. GREAT people here in Kona. All I will say is, if I snap a fin, I will sooner go into the woods and whittle one out than give this guy a penny. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I don’t want anyone else to unnecessarily have such a bad experience in such a wonderful and special place.

I always come here for snorkel gear. They have some prescription options and the prices are good. Good gear too that doesn't leak. They also carry a large variety of other sporting supplies like skate gear. The owner is very personable and everyone is accommodating and friendly.
