This was one of the best shoe shopping experiences ever. Jennifer took care of my sister and I and we must have tried on what seemd like 20 pairs of shoes. She never got frustrated or irritated and was in fact the opposite...encouraging us to try whatever we wanted. So many choices! They didn't have one pair in my size and color so they offered to ship it and included the 2nd pair that I picked...which worked well so I didn't have to put them in my suitcase. Both pair arrived with fun stickers and a special note....something you don't see much anymore. Wish they were in Atlanta but will definitely be back when I'm in Madison!!! And will ask for Jennifer:)

Jeff is the man!!! He was so kind and helpful getting my loafers fitted with some inserts/insoles. I’ve been to Morgan’s a number of times and their knowledge and service is unparalleled. Plus they have a points system to get future discounts on footwear. Love this place!

We visited this afternoon; great employees, family friendly, clean, decent selection.

There were plenty of associates to assist my wife, mother-in-law and me. All of the folks we dealt with were very attentive, patient, and helpful. Kendra helped me out; she gave accurate recommendations, worked with me as I tried on a bunch of shoes, and I never felt like I was being rushed to the cash register. Highly recommend this place.

Morgan's also offers a very generous military discount; thank you!

Everyone is great, and Josie was particularly amazing! I have difficulty with the proper fit of shoes... I have now worn all 3 pairs of shoes purchased, and they feel great... my feet and back are good, and I feel pretty! Yes, the shoes were a big splurge, but considering that I still comfortably wear the 2 pair I bought 12 years ago, I predict I will get my money's worth.
