Was passing by this store probably around a year ago roughly and a pair of boots caught my eye. Spoke with the courteous and knowledgeable staff regarding the boots only to learn that they were on back order from the manufacturer... Fast forward to this week, I receive notice that a few pairs of these boots had arrived in-store in any possible size I could have needed. That same day i went in to the store, was promptly helped, sized and found myself walking out in a very nice pair of boots. I work in retail management myself and with all sincerity can say, Nice product. Great store. Fabulous staff and even better customer service. 12/10 STARS (WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY GRANDMA, AND ACTUALLY HAVE!)

This was my first shopping experience at Mosser in Lafayette, IN, and it will definitely NOT be my last. I was assisted by a sales associate named Cameron. Cameron was very knowledgeable about their products, kind and patient as I tried on many shoes and asked a lot of questions. I had an amazing customer service experience, and did not feel pressured to make a purchase.
