As super satisfied customers of Mountain Aire for the past 4 years, we have had them install 4 HVAC systems in several of our investment properties. Jeremy represents the new generation as he has taken over the company and is taking Mountain Aire to the next level. He is polite, professional, extremely capable, and has an incredible work ethic. We had him install an Aprilaire whole house humidification system recently -- as much as we have loved living in Sedona, the dry air has been tough on our skin and eyes (and wood floors). We now have perfect, 40% humidity in our home 24/7, I don't wake up with dry eyes, and the difference in our skin is visibly noticeable. It's been a total game changer for us in our home - THANK YOU Jeremy!

These folks are absolutely awesome. I recently opened our second auto repair shop in Sedona but the building had no cooling system in it. I was thinking about installing a new cooler and spiral ductwork myself (as I am a do it yourself kind of guy) but after researching cost of parts needed and all the options for coolers and considering how much work and time it would take, I decided to stop in to Mountain air heating and cooling because they are customers of mine. Jennifer met me with a smile and enthusiasm as if I were really important to them. A couple days later Several Of their professional team, including Jeff ( the owner) came to my shop to give me a quote. They listened to my ideas and what I wanted and quickly came up with a game plan. They scheduled the work to be done for a Saturday so that it would not interfere with my business. They did a better job than what I could have done and they got it done within one-day! Amazing! The crew that Came in to do the job, were all very nice and fun to work with. The cooling system works perfect. I couldn’t have asked for better service and the price was fair. I highly recommend mountain air heating and cooling.

The bad part about google reviews is that you can only give 5 stars. For Michael and Mountain Aire Heating and Cooling, there should be another category that allows for an extra star or two. They are that good! I've used Mountain Aire exclusively at two locations over the last four years. Multiple repairs at one location, more repairs at the second ultimately resulting in a replacement. FANTASTIC service and a COMPETITIVE price every time. If you are using ANY other HVAC company in the Prescott area, it's the wrong one. Call Mountain Aire next time.

Zero stars would be better. Had new A/C and furnace installed 2 1/2 years ago. Had an issue last year and THEY NEVER RETURNED NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS so I had to use another company for routine service. Now I had a more serious issue and again THEY NEVER ANSWERED PHONE CALLS. After 3 days of waiting for this unbelievably disrespectful company to call me back, I again was forced to use another company. A more serious issue was found and addressed. UNBELIEVABLY, THE OTHER COMPANY FOUND THAT MY UNIT WAS NOT INSTALLED TO CODE, 3 VIOLATIONS THAT COULD HAVE ENDANGERED MY HOUSE. As I identified myself as a repeat customer on both attempts to contact them this year and last, I presume they knew that their installations were not up to code, and therefore they never got back with me. It is truly disrespectful to run a company like that, so I URGE YOU TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They don't answer my calls, but they WILL have to answer the City of Sedona Code Enforcement Department, and the REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS, and the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

called and left a message, they called me back immediately and fit me in the next day. Jeremy was the technician, I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was extremely professional and was able to fix my furnace without delay. This was my first time using this company and I could not recommend them enough!
