I got these heels for my birthday/ birthday pictures and everyone was complimenting me on it, they were very comfortable throughout the night and that the associates were very helpful around the store while I was looking for my heels! Good customer service!

So, the reviews almost turned me off… but glad I took my chance because when I went, there was a young woman with long blond hair that was helpful and kind then I called them and requested a call back and Vanessa gave awesome service, the best! I need to head back to buy 2 more shoes

I went to the store today as I normally do all the time to shop, and I was accused by Vanessa, the manager, that I was stealing sunglasses. When I went to talk to her, she started getting upset and said I shouldn't feel guilty about it. Vanessa was rude and unprofessional. Please don't go and spend your money there.

If it was a negative starts, I wouldn’t do that. I was visiting Chicago and we stopped at the store because my friends granddaughter needed a pair of shoes while on the store I looked around and I find a pair of sandals that I thought my daughter would like. The man at the registered nice and polite. I went home and I FaceTime my daughter. She said that I should get a bigger size. I went back the next day and they refused to exchange them cause it was a sale item. I asked for the manager at first she told me that the manager wasn’t there. Then she said that she was the manager. (I Look for a name tag but I didn’t see any.)The whole time that I tried to talk to her she was pretended that she was doing something else and not listen. I went to talk to another person, but they ignored me and walked away too. That’s my first time in my 58 years that I had to deal with a person like that. I didn’t have time to go back and talk to the gentleman that he sold the shoes to me cause I was leaving the following day. Now I have a pair of sandals that not fit comfortably. Next time I will be in Chicago I will never stop in the store again.

Even though the slippers were not worn, I wanted to change them to more expensive slippers. It's only been 30 minutes and they won't change it. Don't shop here.
