Danielle was very nice and patient and calm. She made a lot of good suggestions which I took. And they helped me a lot. I wish I would have been able to get the free ones. They were by two get one free. I bought four and they charged me for four and they didn't give me any free ones. They tried to give me two three ones and they charged me more for him. So they weren't really free
