My daughter and I were on the hunt for the perfect dress, and after being recommended to this shop by another company, we decided to check it out. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth and positivity by the amazing Aaliyah. She was absolutely wonderful—cheerful, gracious, and so attentive to every detail. Aaliyah guided us through the process with such care, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Thanks to her help, my daughter found a dress she absolutely loves! We left feeling so happy and couldn’t recommend this place more highly. If you’re looking for incredible service and a great selection, this is the place to go!

If you need a homecoming or prom dress, this is the place to go! Over the years we’ve bought over 12 dresses here between 3 girls. I love how the dresses are arranged by sizes, so you know exactly what your choices are. We’ve been to other stores where the dresses are by style and you find one you love, only to see they don’t have your size. This won’t happen at Formals! And don’t be afraid to try dresses on in different sizes. Every dress fits differently! Every year we would look at a few other places, but ALWAYS came back to Formals. The staff were always welcoming and helpful, even the 5th time we’d come in a few weeks!
It’s bittersweet that we don’t have any more prom/homecoming dresses to buy! Better believe though that I will be recommending everyone to come get their dress at MY FORMALS!

Today I went for daughter to try on dresses for the pageant shes participating in this July. I had never been here before but a friend recommended I come. Boy was I glad she did! The staff were all so uplifting and extremely helpful! They went out of their way to help my daughter and make her feel like a queen! They had some amazing sales there! I got her not one but two dresses as she just couldn't choose one. She also found a casual wear outfit and shoes. Thank you for creating such a special place for girls of all ages to go and really feel important!

I had the best experience getting bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. There were a variety of options and colors to choose from. The staff were very helpful in helping me pick out dresses, as well as working with my bridesmaids to get fitted I would highly recommend Formals of Litchfield for any of your formal dress needs!!

If you are looking for a dress store that provides excellent selection and service from the moment you walk in the door, look no further. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. Their attention to detail and organization of the trying on process is a thing to be admired. They know what they are doing and they do it well! They have an amazing selection of gowns/dresses in all sizes, shapes, colors and prices. And you can finish your entire look with their selection of shoes and jewelry. It’s truly a one stop shop. We left there feeling like family and look forward to shopping there again. Lisa, Katy and Athena helped make the dress shopping experience beyond enjoyable. I highly recommend them for all your formal needs. ⭐️❤️✨

We LOVED going here for our daughter’s very first homecoming! She went along with her friend and they took excellent care of us. They have a system down! I love that they give clear directions and you know what to expect before even walking into the dress room.

They thought of so many little things to make dress shopping special. You have your own designated dressing room, your own mirror and seating area. They have punch and desserts. When you say “yes” to the dress, you get to sign their wall. And of course a great picture opportunity while picking out accessories!

We will definitely be back!

Upon walking in the shop we were greeted immediately. We were then walked through the process of how they run the facility during the busy times. It is like a well-oiled machine! The process is flawless! Everyone that we interacted with were so cheerful and helpful! What I expected to be a hours long, grueling process turned out to take less than an hour to find the perfect dress for my daughter for homecoming. I could not have been more happy with the experience and employees! Well done ladies! We will be back for prom season!
