Today was my first time going into Mystic. I’ve been debating on having another piercing for awhile. With the encouragement of a friend I went in and got my helix. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Mystic. Noah is a consummate professional and is amazing in every way. He helped me curate some new ear piercings and gave helpful suggestions on jewelry that would work with my existing piercing (also done by him) and my wedding ring so that everything was cohesive. I worked with Emily to get a couple lobe piercings. She was professional and a ton of fun to work with. I appreciate the time we took to make sure the placement was just right and she talks you through the process with proper breathing to make it... well you're getting pierced so I won't say "painless" but manageable pain and a comfortable experience. I felt very safe. I also really value and benefited from her aftercare information - everything has healed up wonderfully! She went the extra mile to give me resources and Association of Professional Piercers recommendations, just in case, as I was leaving the area. 11/10 would go again.

Noah & Emily are always so patient and helpful! Today they took the time to figure out what new piercing would fit best with my existent piercings. I love that they always walk you through the process step by step. Beautiful jewelry selection as well.
They may ask you to do a cartwheel but there’s no extra charge for not being able to. 🙂

I went in to get my septum repierced by Emily. They were kind enough to check and see if my old piercing was still open without me even asking. On top of that they were patient with me in deciding what size septum ring I wanted. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable, I left very happy! Emily is awesome and gave me the cutest stickers too, make sure to book with them! 🙂

I recently took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Emily was wonderful and patient and kind with my 12 year old daughter. The studio was quirky and fun and clean. The website section on ear piercing for children set my anxieties to rest, knowing that they laid out all of the considerations special to children.
