It took a bit to ship a couple items (6 days), granted it was over the New Year holiday. The main issue is that I purchased something that they were sold out of but they didn't tell me until after they shipped the one item. I would not have paid the shipping fee for one item and would have gladly switched the sold out item for something else. When I told them this, they did refund shipping, so that was considerate. USPS seems to have lost the item, so hopefully they help me on the claim. I've been to this store once while on vacation and I love it. These types of places are hard to find in the midwest. I'll continue to purchase from here but only when I don't need it soon.

Just left Nantucket kids, my first venture to that store - ever... I could not have met two more delightful ladies. The staff here is exceptional. Store was legitimately immaculate and they followed appropriate pandemic social protocol. Just a great experience... the outfit is SO soft.

Super disappointed in their customer service. Over the summer when I was pregnant with my son I purchased a pair of their pajamas size 3-6 months- they were washed and put away. My son (born 9/2) is in the 25th percentile for height and weight and was in 0-3 month clothes up until recently. I was excited to try these pajamas on him but was shocked to find they were too small! Other brands like Little Sleepies and Kyte baby in 3-6 months are still too big for him and the Nantucket Kids 3-6 wouldn’t zip. He didn’t even get to wear them once. When I sent an email about the sizing issues they didn’t respond- I had to resend again and they finally responded that they are sized correctly and it is what it is. Hard to believe. I wouldn’t purchase anything from this store and if you do, SIZE UP!

I highly recommend this beautiful store. Exceptional customer service from the owner and sales team. Sweet, adorable and high quality clothes~ Gorgeous details, unique designs and modern looks for girls & boys. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family that have children. The online presence is as impressive !!!

I bought clothes online during a sale, when I thought the intention to support small business during the COVID-19 pandemic was critical, and not only were they not open to allow their pick-up service during reported business hours, but didn’t even have the items when they said they would ship them! I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. Cute clothes, but so rude.
