I was at the courthouse to get new plates - the bolts were so incredibly rusted, it was hard to unscrew the bolts. I decided to go to NAPA to purchase a flathead. One of the gentleman, Greg, offered to help change my plates with his tools, no charge. Although I didn't purchase anything, Greg was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you, Greg, for your kindness!

The lady that works there was completely rude, after arguing with her for 30 minutes on what part we needed she ended up giving us the wrong part. Told us to take our business down the road. Let me throw in we did not get rude back to her! The two other gentleman in there did not step up and help out nor did they acknowledge her being rude. Poor customer service if you ask me.
