Great customer service however, I tried to use a $20 off coupon that was sent to me by NAPA and IT would Not work. What made it worse was nobody cared only patronized me by saying that they would find out why their system wouldn't take it. When I went back they still had no clue and still didn't care. I still get NAPA coupons via text message but never use them due to this incident.

Staff was very friendly helping with a battery issue. Ultimately they didn't have the equipment to diagnose my problem. They did send me to another place that did eventually got me back on the road.
