I was in Arizona for the 1st time this summer, LOVED it! I went in this amazing shop, bought 2 beautiful pieces. Lydia helped me, was so sweet and patient. I tried them on, had to think about it, came back the next day and bought my beautiful sterling feather earrings, a beautiful royston flower shaped turquoise ring. I love these pieces and this shop! By far my favorite jewelry shop in downtown Sedona. There is a lot of variety in pricing so if you want something more inexpensive or more high end you can find both here. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find something in your style or size. When you purchase something, they give you a paper that tells you about the artist who created the piece.

Im really surprised by the negative reviews regarding customer service. I’ve purchased two rings from here - once in July and last night. Both times I’ve had an excellent experience. Patient, informative and overall exceptional service. Both my sister and my fiancé have purchased rings from here as well. Overall I will continue to make purchases from here.

This place would not take a return even though the item was purchased less than 48 hours ago, and we still had the receipt. This being a tourist town you would think that they would better serve their customers especially since we were planning on buying different items in this one's place.

An amazing shop that properly honors and educates about the artists that they represent. Lydia and Ellen were amazing to work with. They were incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about the local artists, stones, and history of the pieces in the shop. Customer service and quality of the Native American artistry are are both excellent. If you’re in Sedona, this is only place you’ll need to go for the best service and jewelry. I am in love with my new ring (hand chosen by Lydia) and will definitely be back.

This is the only trusted Native Jewelry store I buy from in Sedona! A lot of other stores carry fakes. This shop works very closely with and supports Indigenous Artisans and you can feel the prayer and heart in their craft. The quality is excellent - I purchased my sterling silver feather 3 years ago on my 30th, and a year prior the beautiful sterling Charoite and both are in mint condition. I am very mindful when I wear my pieces but one day I took off my feather to do yoga. Someone passing by stepped on it and it bent. I took it into the shop and the woman, Lydia, who was working that day. fixed it right up for me good as new!! I am forever grateful as this piece feels like an extension of my soul. Every time I go in to this shop the employees are so kind, helpful and respectful!
