I contacted Native Language Co on Instagram & they immediately offered to send me my order again even though it wasn't their fault and they didn't have to. I got the second pair and about a week or two later the others were found & delivered. I let them know & said I'd send the others back and they told me to keep them and gift to someone else instead. I ordered two pairs of shorts (last year I believe) that the mail courier lost. I contacted Native Language Co on Instagram & they immediately offered to send me my order again even though it wasn't their fault and they didn't have to. I got the second pair and about a week or two later the others were found & delivered. I let them know & said I'd send the others back and they told me to keep them and gift to someone else instead. Super nice about the whole thing & I plan to continue ordering from them for a long time. The shorts have also held up super well!

I placed an order with 2 shorts and 2 shorties on 11/01. The package was shipped by USPS. On 11/04, I got a email from native language co. saying the package was delivered. I tried to find the package in mail room or package room several times but could not find it. Also I did not get any message from apartment or amazon hub indicating the package delivery.
So I reached out to Native Language Co. via email, tried to negotiate the issue I met. I have already sent 3 emails, I have not got any response. Super disappointed.
