I’m so mad at myself for not making it into native Wren sooner! Definitely one of the cutest little stores we have downtown, if not, the cutest! I could’ve stayed in there for hours looking at all the adorable trinkets, household items, gifts, clothes, etc. They even carry flesh flowers from a local garden. You could truly find a gift for anyone, for any occasion. Beautiful layout with everything placed just right, very warm and welcoming, they even have an adorable kids play area upstairs! So glad I finally made it in to this little gem. Officially my new go-to gift spot!

It Be

I'm never one to leave reviwes, especially a bad one, but the girl working scoffed and said, "Oh god," as I walked in. The entire time, she was rude and judgemental. I'm lgbt and she made it no secret that she is against lgbt. It's sad that people can be so cruel while working with the public, theres been other complaints about employees, I'm just going to assume its the same girl and the owner knows and refuses to do anything about it, or maybe it is the owner, but condoning such behavior just shows the owner feels the same way about people either way. It's sad. Do better.

Love this shop! So much cute stuff! (Found my favorite umbrellas from my childhood and bought 3 pairs.) Everyone who worked there was absolutely lovely. So glad I went in!

I have been a customer at Native Wren since day 1. I’ve kept coming back because every time you walk in the door you are greeted like a friend. Wrynna is the most kind and welcoming shop owner there is. And all her employees are as equally kind and helpful. When shopping at Native Wren you can expect a thoughtful, helpful, fun experience with the best customer service. It makes a difference when you walk in the door to a shop and are greeted with a warm welcome rather than ignored, as is the case with other places. I love that so many of the products are locally made, fair trade and chosen with intention and care. I really can’t say enough good things about this gem of a shop we are so lucky to have!

I really do enjoy the products they sell at this store. My girlfriend even bought one of my favourite hats I’ve owned from here. But I do want to mention, and one other review also mentioned this. But I felt very uncomfortable with my experience today. Two associates, one male one female, or whatever they are not to assume, felt like they kept on watching my girlfriend and me. I was carrying a bag which I received when I purchased a product from Tess’s kitchen, but I made to sure to keep the bag closed. I don’t know if it was just me, but I really felt uncomfortable which is a bummer. And I have literally never stolen in my life, I’m going to school to become a cop ?. I just hope they can learn better lost prevention tactics, involving overall customer service. Basic skills I learned from my 2 years of working retail. And again I really don’t mean this as a hate post. I just really felt uncomfortable. Good luck native wren with your business, hope the best for y’all 🙂
