A friend of mine said he couldn’t find a very specific beer. After checking with two Local business, third time was a charm. The first two said they have never heard of it. The clerk at the front knew exactly what I was talking about, but unfortunately was out of stock. He called the bigger store and they also were out of stock. Like everything else, there is apparently shortages with certain beer. He took my name down and said he will call me as soon as it’s available. Said he will also contact their sales rep and see if they could speed it up a bit. Great customer service, very friendly, plenty of parking spots in the front. I have bought from here before and the prices are great. Very convenient if you live off Route 202 or 67 in New Milford.

Great store, just remodeled and the owner did a great job, he upped his game on wine and liquor selection, nice tasting area set up.

On Dec 27th I called and spoke to someone at this store, I was looking for a specific brand of tequila. The gentleman told me that he did not have what I was looking for in stock BUT mentioned he would order it for me and that he would have it for me tomorrow, he asked for my name and number and said he would call me .., NEVER heard from him ! Typical of the terrible customer service these days. At the very least call me back to say hey I’m sorry I couldn’t get it, or hey I’m sorry but it’ll be here tomorrow. Just don’t blow smoke up my butt. Either you can get it or can’t, just be honest.
* Hi John, I do accept your apology. All you had to do was to call me to let me know the situation with your distributor, that’s the type of customer service I grew up with. A phone call would have taken less than a minute. I ended up finding it in Danbury, and took the drive to purchase it there. Now if you had called me I would have waited one more day and purchased it from you. None of us are perfect and again I do accept your apology. Have a happy new year !

Absolutely fantastic service. Not only was the person who helped me (Dana) incredibly friendly but she also helped pick out something special for a good friend. The delivery service was lightning fast and it was in my friend's hands in the amount of time it would have taken me just to gift wrap them! Strongly recommend this excellent Spirit Shoppe!
