My son recently got braces for his feet, and we needed to get him fitted for special shoes. From the moment we walked in to the New Balance store in Granger to the time we left, Ty went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. We tried several different shoe styles before we found the right one. We needed two pairs but they only had one in stock. Ty called another store to make sure they had exactly what we needed and then had that pair shipped to us, so we wouldn’t have to make another trip. Ty was kind, helpful and knowledgeable and never once made us feel like we were a bother. It was refreshing to have such great customer service!

For a few years now, I have been coming to your store. I have the worst feet to fit a shoe. Which put me into the men's 1540V3 . Which worked for me, as best as it could .
I got new 1540V3, as tha number was being revamped. But just wasn't working for me anymore. When I got them, they didn't have the right width. But really need new shoes then, so made them work, the best as I could .
So at work, I have been standing more . And having the
pain in my feet, legs and knees were worst So I knew I had to do something .
I called the store today, Anna answered and said she would hold them for me.
I went to the store, I wasn't going to try them on, feet hurted etc .
But Anna came out with the shoes. And I changed my mind, in staying and trying then on. I was excited to see the new colors, and new support etc. Of the new revamped shoe 1540V4.
Anna helped me for awhile, I explained my situation . She helped me, with different sizes of shoes, elastic shoe strings, and measured me for Inserts . She was so informative and patience and helpful. We found shoes and inserts that fit and felt the best for me.
I have had a lot of shoe trying on and fittings, in different stores, in my life. But Anna is the best person, I have ever had to help me with, finding what I needed to hopefully, make my feet, leg pain better or at least more tolerable . I went in my feet hurting, just wanted to get my shoes and go home, to leaving happy with hope, that with the right shoes, inserts and laces, I will have less pain tomorrow.😊

I had a wonderful Experience at the new balance store. I am slightly insecure about shoe sizing because I dont know what size I really am and what kind of shoe i really need. Rhianon was very helpful in making me feel comfortable measuring my foot and 3d modeling the preasure points of my feet. And she brought me the pairs she had in my size and I found 2 I really liked. Would reccome d to anyone with a wider foot. Definitely a little pricey, but as long as the shoe holds up its definitely the most comfortable i have ever had

Purchase 2 pair of shoes on 8/5. Staff was awesome. Found my size and fit me with a comfortable shoe, so I bought 2 pair. I would tell anyone to go visit the store and try on the shoe of choice. I give them 5 stars for excellence! Joe Ousley Warsaw.
