I’ve never left a bad review, but this time it is deserving. I would usually never do this to a small business, but since the owner is the problem, I think it’s appropriate. While in the dressing room, she had told me I could leave any unwanted items in the dressing room. When I came out, I wasn’t sure if I wanted one piece, so I took it with me. I decided against it, so I put it back WHERE I GOT IT. The owner came up and asked “did you leave it in the dressing room?” . I said no, but I did put it back right where I got it from. She proceeded to tell me that next time, you should follow directions. Just go to Rhinestones and Roses next time you need something. If you ever doubt your choice, come back and ready the reviews. Shaming the elderly, embarrassing people for their bodies and having some sort of strict regimen for her customers to follow. Nice. I hope this place closes.

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase something at this store for someone and find out it's the wrong style or color or fit, the owner will NOT let you return it - even for an exchange or credit. And this was after I was told at the time of purchase that I COULD bring it back for an exchange if not happy with the purchase. Very disappointing. Will not be shopping there again.

It was our first time visiting the store. We got a 10% off for been a first time shopping. Very cute clothes, varity size, and jewelry. Got racks on clearance for $10.

If I could rate this establishinment less I would. Shame on the owner for treating elderly customers the way she treated my grandmother.

Owner is terrible. Body shames and is rude and yells at staff. It is a shame she has to use to her sugar daddy for income and pays under the table.
