Ordered online and picked up in store. No issues. Really thought with this being an actual Nike store, that it would have a way bigger selection of shoes! Finish line has more Nike shoes than they do and they sell other brands as well! ‍♂️

Waited in line to buy clothes. There were multiple team members behind the counter messing around. When it was our time in line, we were TOLD by an employee to move out of the way so she could service the people behind us who she appeared to know. She then went on for several minutes talking about how she completes taxes and credit repair for people, as well she left her last job due to “not paying me enough money”. It was truly unprofessional and completely disrespectful to make us move out of line. We ended up leaving because we stood there at the front of the line waiting for 15 minutes while the Nike employees had personal conversations instead of checking out consumers.

Better off buying your Nike purchases at Nordstrom or other stores in the mall.

Laila was super helpful! I went in to get new shoes and ending up deciding to get some online after trying on a few pairs. I did end up going back in the next day and she remembered which ones I had tried on and was able to help me get in and out when they were super busy!!

Nice employees and good customer service but unfortunately they’re selling used shoes. Got a birthday present from this location, opened up the box, and guess what I got? A nice new pair of dirty shoes. No paper packaging in the box whatsoever which was a bit unusual. Upon inspection, the bottoms of my shoes appeared to be worn all over town. Dusty, dirty, and disappointing (especially for a $200 purchase). The return went smoothly but just be careful when shopping at this location!!

Went in yesterday to return a pair of shoes and was told that "they weren't accepting returns today". Staff was rude, didn't want to help me with anything else and then continued their personal conversations. I will NOT BE VISITING THIS STORE AGAIN!!!
