Main reason for this review is to show appreciation to William! He helped my wife and I order shoes for my step dad and recommended us to the right brand and was very knowledgeable!!

Upon coming back in to pick them up, William was sat down with another customer helping her and took the time to greet us with a smile and welcome us in! Just over hearing him speak to this customer, he was being so patient and kind with her! Offering her various options and information about each shoe to fit her needs!

William is an excellent associate and human being! He was so genuine and caring with this woman! It’s nice to see people treated with such care and kindness! You are outstanding!! I would recommend everyone to come in and have the same brilliant experience as I did and over heard with the other customer as well!

They as so personable and friendly! You deserve to be celebrated and mentioned!! Thank you so much ❤️ keep being you and shinning your light! The world needs more people like you!!

I have heard a lot about this shoe store and I must say that words fell short of the inventory, knowledge, and friendly nature their staff exudes. They have an amazingly great selection of high-quality, comfortable shoes & accessories. Derek is a certified pedorthist, which means he can custom make or give his recommendation for a proper fitting insert and shoe. As a board certified Podiatrist practicing on the West Coast of Florida, I am jealous we don’t have a store like this in Tampa Bay. Thank you, Kathy and Derek!

This store is fantastic. I needed only 10 min to purchase EXACTLY what I wanted. Hokas in the colour I wanted AND in my Bigfoot woman’s 11 size. All Hokas fit a little differently & Kathy knew exactly how to hook me up.
Massive inventory & products for all sorts of ailments like bunion socks, hammertoe accessories, shoes for flat feet, and more. Very happy I stopped in & very grateful for the superb service.

This is not the run of the mill mall shoe store. The shoes they carry are designed to support your feet, not only look good on them.

The staff knows their stuff. They are knowledgeable and attentive. Be prepared to spend time with them finding the best, most comfortable shoe.

Great selection of shoes, sandals and sneakers to address the needs and concerns of people with problem feet!! Helpful staff will answer all of your questions and work with you as long as need them! There are medical staff available as well, apparently, but for a fee. We didn't make an appointment to use those services but may do so in the future.

It’s a treat to go to a full-service shoe store, and an added assurance when you’re having foot problems. I’m grateful this brick-and-mortar specialty store is available so that I can try on a variety of supportive shoes. Great customer service and family-owned!

Fantastic customer service from Derek the owner. Some of the best I have ever experienced from a retail store. Derek is very knowledgeable and willing to help anyway he can. I had an issue with a shoe giving me blisters after running in them several times and even though they were used he was still willing to help me get into a different shoe. Definitely recommend this store and will be back for my next shoe purchase.
