Took almost a week to answer my message back, then when they did they felt very irritated with the questions I had about a thermal set up.

Not to mention the if you don’t have enough money then this sport isn’t for you comment as if I was gonna buy right then and there. What a disgrace, I told my wife and she couldn’t believe it! These people are not nice or very business friendly.
