Outstanding professional, generous and courteous service from Greg and his team. Greg had answers for all my questions and patiently helped me test-ride some options before finally landing on an Aventon Pace 500 3 and then helping me select the accessories to make it the right fit for my needs. Finally, after completing the sale, the outstanding customer service continued with Randy getting the bike loaded into my vehicle. I looked at one other bike shop but highly recommend Okana Sports and Outdoors both for their assistance in making the right purchase and their promise for service down the road.

My husband and I just purchased two Aventon e-bikes from Greg at Okana Outdoors and we are thrilled! Greg was extremely knowledgeable and was able to not only point us in the right direction and answer all our questions but also help us through how we could modify our current bike rack so we didn’t have to buy a new one. He even worked through the paperwork to get us several promotional items being offered through the manufacturer. I highly recommend Greg Sarkin and Okana Outdoors! My wife and I purchased two Aventon Aventures from Greg and his team. First of all, the customer service was incredible. They will discuss all your options and answer any questions you may have. Greg in particular went above and beyond and I truly appreciate him. The electric bikes we got from him are incredible, it really makes riding a bike fun again. They also had a lot of cool merch, everything from paddle boards and sunglasses to ping pong tables. If your close to Lake Oconee and even if your not, stop in and check them out. They were worth the drive for us.

After several weeks of research my wife and I visited Okana to look at e-bikes. We were greeted by the salesman who spent plenty of time with us and any question he could not answer he brought in the bike repair person. In the end both gentlemen were both working with us. I knew which bike I wanted in about 5 minutes. My wife just wasn’t sure. These two guys worked with her for two hours bringing out bike after bike changing seats, adjust heights of seats, handlebars and worked with her on the operation, test ride and differences between each bike. After about 2 hours the owner Greg showed up and jumped right in trying to find that right bike for my wife. She finally made her decision and the owner matched internet pricing and also gave the military discount available through govx. Additionally for buying there the extras you want are discounted. It was very evident from the start that they loved the Ebike world and wanted their customers to love it as they do. There was definitely no high pressure to have to buy. The nice thing is you know what you are getting and have Okana to keep you going. For a nominal fee they keep your bike tuned up annually for the life of your bike. In my mind I wasted two weeks researching because in the end they truthfully told me the same results that I came up with. Don’t waste your time just head straight to their shop. You will enjoy your time there and my bet is you won’t walk out empty handed.

Good afternoon Greg and Mitch, this is Brian and Tracey. We made it home yesterday with no issues. The Thule Bike rack was the correct choice. Greg, thank you for your time and patience installing the rack. Tracey and I did our first ride this morning on our Aventune Accenture 2 e-bikes. Our neighborhood which is very hilly were no match for the Accenture 2 .The ride was effortless. It was a short 4 mile ride. We turned a lot of heads. Wanted to say thanks to both of you for your patience and professionalism. You bothe went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. 5 Stars to you both and Okana Bike Shop!

Very pleased with Gregg and his team. Took my bike in for tire replacement/repair. Very knowledgeable, helpful with explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I did not purchase my bike from them but still received great customer service. Price was reasonable, highly recommend and so grateful to have them near since my local Pedego store closed.

Don’t look any further- you’ve already found it. We’ve had e bikes for several years and have traveled with them. We just purchased another new bike for my wife. No bike shop I’ve used would go to the efforts this one has to make it our ultimate e bike experience for sales and service. E bikes don’t come from Sears and have considerable differences from those we used to buy there. You need a knowledge and honest dealer who will put you in the right bike to match your needs . First time customer.
Greeted the moment I stepped thru the door.
Greg answered all my questions, and then some.
Test drive was easy as pie. Nice area to test drive, flats and grades.
So you can put the bike thru its paces. (Even an off road area if you like).
In all fairness I already did my homework on which bike I wanted.
But meeting Greg, and his pleasant easy going manner. Made up my mind, that I came to the right place.
Now.
