I ordered my jacket from here and I definitely would not recommend to any of my friends to this place. I received my jacket along with the rest of our football team and I was shocked to see how bad the letters and football jersey number looked on the back. It wasn’t only my jacket, but it was also the whole football team that had ordered jackets. A couple months later the softball letterman jackets came in and they looked exactly like ours. The names did not sit on the back of your shoulder blades where it is supposed to sit but instead, in the middle of your back. If you have a long last name, it would be rainbowed in The middle of your back. You can also see on one of my patches where they had messed up and had to redo the shoulder patch on the leather, leaving stitch holes on the area where they moved it from. Lastly I ordered a large and I received an extra large which I do not fit.

We ordered our daughter’s letterman’s jacket in September of 2018 and were promised it would be back in time for Christmas. We did not get the jacket until March of 2019. When the jacket FINALLY came in, it had a volleyball instead of a soccer ball. We sent it back again to be corrected and were promised it would be in within a week. Three weeks later, we still had not heard anything. When we called, they said they were confused and were not sure if it was supposed to be changed to a basketball or a soccer ball, but no one bothered to call us to ask. Now it’s almost May and we finally have the jacket back just in time for summer. If you want your child to have a jacket for their junior year, and you plan to order from this company, you may want to consider ordering their freshman year!! This has been extremely frustrating!

Finally received jackets today (3/19/19) that were promised by Christmas 2018. I understand there were production issues a few weeks before the holidays but 3 months late? When I called to ask for an update in January, the owner was beyond rude and told me I asked a "ridiculous question" so he gave me a "ridiculous answer" when I simply said "Hi, I'm calling to see if our jackets have shipped yet". We kept being told they would ship "probably next week". Buyer beware - particularly if you are ordering with a deadline in mind. My senior will likely get little to no wear out of his now that warm weather is here. If there are any issues, prepare for terrible customers service.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! The owner is rude and lies constantly. When I asked for him to simply mail my jacket back to me, to correct the multiple mistakes they made, and he called the cops to have me removed from the property, (video and details posted on Brantley Rants and Raves FB page) then the next attempt at my son's jacket, had a hole in the front right side whe the removed someone else's name that was embroidered. He told me I would have to bring my jacket back (my 5th trip 80 miles round trip) to get a refund. The owner doesn't care about anyone but himself. Run from this place, take your money and run!

Mandy Anderson came to the Sport Shop looking for a free jacket. She kept hammering at our Boss (who is a senior) until he asked her to just leave. She just kept on raising Cain until he finally called the police. Yes sometimes mistakes are made and we correct them as quickly as possible. There was just no satisfying this woman. I guess she figured if she showed her behind enough she'd get a free jacket. Sour grapes

Left things off the jacket we ordered and paid for. Order got the high school 4 months late. Wouldn’t buy a garbage bag for them. Never would return phone calls or answer the phone
