My favorite stop for yarn therapy, always find something new and also new inspiration. I also enjoy being able to meet other yarnaholics at special events or just in passing as we search out our next project.

We went in midday on a Sunday and had excellent service! The worker was helpful and informative. All of the yarns are neatly organized and they have example pieces that list which yarn was used

Hands down, my absolute favorite shop for my fiber needs in North Texas! I very rarely leave without what I am looking for, but in the few instances where my pocketbook gets in the way of my plans, I always leave with ideas, tips or a laugh. Not only does the store offer a wide range of yarn and supplies that spans all budgets, classes are offered for beginners and experienced alike, but there’s space for everyone to sit down and mingle. Everyone is welcome here, even ghosts!

Sadly I do not have the talent required to crochet or knit…although my Grandmother tried her best to pass down her own amazing skill with all the patience one could hope for from a woman who had no idea of what a rockstar she was. That said, I called On The Lamb Yarn Shoppe with a question about how to properly wash and remove the smell of mothballs from items made over 40 years ago by my Grandmother Millie. The person I talked to at OTLYS (wish I had remembered to get their name), was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Many thanks!!!! Robin

Such a cute little shop. We were looking for a gift of yarn for my MIL who loves to crochet. The owner was very sweet and gave us pointers for which type of yarn and how much she would need for her project. My MIL was thrilled with the yarn and the shop has excellent customer service. Thank you!
