The manager gave me the presale price for a stroller. A staff member, Lori, took the time to help me pick the perfect one. I’ve always had a good experience here, but it was outstanding today!!

The woman behind the counter are extremely rude. I accidentally dropped something and they started laughing at me. The manager didn't try to stop them either which I thought was extremely insulting because I'm partially paralyzed and one of my arms. If you plan on going there and selling stuff I would go to a different location because they tried buying 15 items from me and they're only offered me $20. They had brand new board games and slightly you choose. A couple brand new shirts. The offer was absolutely insulting so obviously I went to a different location. This is the second time I tried selling at this location. The first time didn't go very well but this time around, I will never go there again. If you guys want to go to a good once upon a child then go to shakopee. They pay out good and are always respectful and kind. I would avoid the Burnsville once upon a child if you can because the way they treat people is absolutely disgusting.

This location is an amazing establishment. Staff were unbelievably nice and professional, they all deserve raises. You can find great finds, they have a lot of product throughout the location. This location isn't huge but they utilize the space really well. You can also find big items, strollers, walkers, at a great price. The place is well kept and clean, very bright. This place is located off of a busy road, you can't miss it, very visible. Idk how old this location is, but it looks renovated or newly placed, wonderful place overall. I'll be back to grab more things, you can't go wrong with.a visit to this location.

Great place to get baby and kids items and clothes however somewhat over priced. Everything is gently used and sometimes new but pricier then expected for used items. Also brought in several bags of clothes to sell all brand new or worn once and they only ended up buying about 5 pieces which was a complete waste of time especially when im selling just to buy more from them anyway. Ended up selling on marketplace and having better luck. They will also seperate outfits and buy one piece which makes no sense at all.

I will NOT be returning to this store. I understand you can’t buy all the clothes people bring in. We dropped off 1 bag of clothes to sell. When we returned we were told they wouldn’t be buying any clothes from the bag and “we should try washing our items before trying to sell them” Um excuse me, everything was washed and clean but kids are messy and sometimes stains happen that can’t be removed. If you don’t want to buy that item, fine. The women was extremely rude and I couldn’t believe it came out of her mouth. I will not be returning to sell or purchase a thing from any of these stores.
