Our first time being in this store. Have heard great things about it. Was a great experience. Brought a lot of things to turn in and will see how much credit I receive if it's worth bringing in. I did, however, love that they had everything in sizes, gender, and color coded. Shoes were also in sizes and separated in tennis shoes, sandals, boys & girls. It was a great experience so far.

Clothes were washed and folded neatly but was told they had an Oder and they clearly had not even been sorted through. My first and last experience here I felt like I was profiled. After reading the reviews it sounds like I’m not the only one who has had this issue.

was throughly disappointed. brought $100s worth of BRAND NEW baby items and was told my items were too nasty and they stunk. was VERY rude rude to me about the entire situation and are very stick up people, i DO NOT recommend taking your items to once upon a child because they are greedy people!!!

This store is a joke. Very rude, unprofessional service from staff and the manager. Just terrible, absolutely terrible won’t ever come back. Was the second person in line after they opened to drop stuff off, didn’t give us a time when it would be ready or anything. Come to try and check at 3 pm as we drove an hour and half to come to this store. They weren’t going to be done till almost close. And if you try to call the store they won’t answer.

I won’t waste my time trying to sell anything to them again. I came an hour from IL to sell clothes and toys and they wouldn’t even look. The toy selection they had was terrible and mostly broken. Their loss.

I drove over an hour to get there, with a whole laundry basket full of clothes. They told me it would be an hour and a half, I said oh wow that long ? (Because it didn’t seem very busy) she said yes, we will try to get to you as soon as we can and I said okay. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and got a text saying they were done. I was surprised because it took me 15 minutes just to fold everything in the basket. Not even looking at it. They took 3 items and that was it. I don’t think they even looked through my whole basket. If I didn’t drive over an hour to go there, I wouldn’t be so upset. I would recommend the Arnold location and will not be returning to this location. The staff wasn’t very pleasant. They seemed bothered that they had to do their job. Which they didn’t even do properly.

they lost the pieces to the bed i brung in and wouldn’t take it now i have a bed that had all pieces when i dropped in off that i can’t even put back together!!! HORRIBLE not to mention my bed was damaged and they tried to say i brung it there like that, this was a brand new bed that had never been used!!! i also seen them throw some of my clothes in the trash!!!

Have had nothing but bad experiences here. Clothing selection and prices are very disappointing, especially when compared to the stores in the St Louis area. I recently bought a stroller in preparation to bring our baby girl home but once she arrived and I began using the stroller, I learned quickly it was defective. The button to open the stroller would get stuck and I would have to mess with it a lot to get it to finally open. It wouldn’t happen every time but it happened enough that my husband and I were getting frustrated at the inconvenience. I owned the stroller for 1 month, attempted to use for 2 weeks, and took it to the store to explain my issue with the stroller and they wouldn’t honor a refund since the return was past the 7 days even though the stroller wasn’t working properly. Becareful of buying bigger items like this with short return windows from this store. Also, becareful buying strollers because they wouldn’t return but did buy it back for $24 when I paid $60 which means they’ll make more money on a piece of junk stroller. I wasn’t going to sell it to anyone knowing the issues it’s having but apparently they are fine with selling in bad faith as long as they’re making money. So disappointing.
