First time shopping here 10x better than the Austell location and have better inventory from the latest brands. Store can get busy and crowed but the staff was nice, only thing I don’t like is if you gone sell the item for more than what the store and what you probably gave the customer for remove the price tag. But overall great experience most items I seen range between $3.50 and 9.00 shoes was ranging between $10-$30

Lately, my shopping experience at the Chapel Hill Douglasville location has been disappointing. The shoes are poorly organized, making it difficult to find what you’re looking for. The prices on the clothes are surprisingly high—often higher than what you’d pay at stores like Marshalls or Ross for new name-brand items. Compared to other locations, this store’s prices are significantly higher, but the quality doesn’t reflect that. It’s been a letdown overall.

Great experience purchasing clothing for my boy toddler here. I've been able to find shorts, pants, long sleeve shirts, and pjs for a fraction of the price it big name retail stores. I've recommended this location to many friends.

I recommend posting your sell times in store. Online states “ We buy all seasons, all day, every day. No appointment necessary.”. However, I attempted to sale on 8/11/24 at 5pm and was told you stop accepting sells at 4pm. I’ve previously been able to sell on a Sunday an hour before closing. I almost feel like the employees simply did not want to got through the process at that time because the employee I asked looked over at the sell counter and hesitated to answer. While the cashier, who was checking out someone else, quickly said “we stop that at 4 today.” A little clarity with the sell times would be helpful for customers.

I shop and sell in this store on a regular basis. Today, I decided to attend their pop up shoe event since I missed the back to school event. I arrived at 9:10 AM and was the third person in line. Unfortunately I left empty handed due to the selfishness of others. The lady in front of me brought seven pairs of size one shoes, which was almost the whole row. I do understand that these events are on a first come first serve basis but to literally buy almost every shoe in one size while you have at least 20 shoppers behind you is pure gluttony! Perhaps you should limit 2 pairs of shoes of one size until everyone has a chance to shop. I planned on buying a few Halloween costumes as well as some fall clothing but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I immediately left.

Rude staff!!!,The,staff working there right now Tuesday, October 29th 2024, at 12:50pm should be fired. I watched them ignore customers and they have no manners, I didn’t even get a hello at checkout. It’s honestly ridiculous. These ladies should not be working in customer service, yes some jobs are stressful but being rude isn’t the answer, seek other employment ladies.
