The store has basically become a clothing store. There weren't a lot of items otherwise. We needed everything from a baby bath to a highchair. We found a bouncy seat and a highchair that was it. The items they did have were missing parts and/or dirty. I was not impressed! 20+ yrs ago, I was able to get everything my son needed from there. I walked the isles just in case I was missing something. I was not. I'm very disappointed. I thought that with the new location being larger, they would have more items. Nope, just more clothes. Half an aisle of items, everything else was clothes and toys.

Check out the bigger better store! They make it hard to NOT spend every dollar you have at this place! Very organized and clean, easy to see clothes, shoes, toys etc. They have everything from bows, suspenders, hats, gloves, books, bassinets, baby carriers and soo much more! Go see it for yourself you won't be disappointed ?
*Need to sell some of your kids Old clothes they do they also!
Restrooms are available for customers and they use them as dressing rooms also.

Brought a few totes of barely used clothes. Alot of them in season and they didn't even bother going through them all. Really disappointing especially since we drove a good ways to get there. They were selling stained torn clothes but couldn't be bothered to take my barely used stuff. Most of the pants I brought in had never even been worn. There was a dress for sale that had a hole literally held together with a safety pin.

Great prices on all baby clothes and items. I live an hour away, so I don’t come here too often but when I do, I get a bunch of good things

Giving them three stars due to the fact that the lines are always long, checkout space is small, and the aisle are small, you can hardly fit the carts down the aisle, but overall super nice employees and great items.

Honestly I wouldn’t even give this place any stars!!! This location is the main reason why a majority of us drive to south county. The poor customer service, nasty associates. To be honesty the donations from the public keeps this place operating. Once that stops you have nothing please keep that in mind. Even a few managers need to learn who to work with the public please be mindful of that! Lastly, the payout is crazy low here for high end kids clothing that are not used and used. I do encourage anyone who doesn’t mind taking that drive to Ronnie’s Plaza South county also they have a Plato’s closet and next to it a resale designer store parada, Gucci, Valentino just to name a few. The customer service, payout, and store is worth the drive.

Always find a good deal on children's clothes and they buy back all in store. I recommend for gently used kids clothes.

I don’t mind shopping here when they have a sale but other than that I probably won’t be back to sell any items or shop. They resell some items with stains. They offer bottom dollar for clothes they’re going to sell for 6x the price. You end up getting about .20 a piece (maybe) for your items whether you have matching 2 piece sets or items with tags. An itemized receipt of what you take for what price would be nice. You provide it to customers for the things you sell so why not for the things you buy? Oh probably because you’re taking $100+ worth of clothes and giving $14 for it, LOL. And lastly, it’s rude to just throw things back into a box that when you received it, ALL items were neatly packed and folded honestly just inconsiderate. You wouldn’t take it that way bc they would be “wrinkly” so why give it back that way You would make more having a yard sale or selling on marketplace. Very disappointed.

Edit to the response from the store. I don’t think that you selling sleepers for $3.50 a piece is meeting the seller and buyer in the middle when I’m receiving like .50 for it lol that’s all STORE PROFIT. But that’s ok like I said I like the sales so I’ll be back for those but I’ll keep my nice clothes and sell for what they’re worth to still make a buck and be affordable for others.
