i came in today at 10 to sell some items. their computer was down to enter my info so they had me manually sign in. they tell customers coming in that are selling items that they have priority over others if they stay in the store and don’t leave, people who leave get put at the bottom of the list. i was here for two hours and my name never went on their screen after their systems came back up. when i asked about the status of my bag, one employee said “isn’t her bag done?” while it was still sitting at my feet where i left it at 10. i came back today because last time i was here they checked my bag, passed on a bunch of items, and said come back after NYE to sell to them again. i tried to love this store for what it has but the management and employees need to really be better to keep their customers happy.

I frequent this store often and they are always super nice and helpful! There's always new inventory and they make selling your items to them absolutely painless! They keep the store clean and organized, which I know that has to be a difficult task, because the store gets really busy at times! I highly recommend this store to other parents and grandparents, especially if you're on a budget like me, cause the prices here are great and you will not be disappointed! I hope to see you there sometime, and if you go there, tell them Candace sent you!!!! Happy shopping!!!!

The service was great great selection however the space is entirely too small. There is no way possible more than one person can be in an aisle at a time and having to pass another person is completely out of the question there's no scooting around them in an aisle. Definitely need to upgrade to a larger store

Customer service and general vibe was great! Choosing 4 stars because the items I was looking for weren’t in the most obvious place, and as per usual there’s always items higher priced than they need to be. Still got a few cute and sturdy items!

My mom found a Zeroxposur 2-in-1 liner for the inside of a winter coat today.
Her total was $57 for 5 items and she couldn't figure out why. When we got home, my mom looked at the price tag of everything and discovered the liner was $25!

I get that my mom should've looked at the price tag but this is absolutely ridiculous! A brand new 2-in-1 Zeroxposur winter coat is $60.
Therefore, the liner alone should NOT have been so pricey. Had the actual winter coat and liner been $25, that would've been slightly more understandable.

These are CHILDREN'S discount store for crying out loud. Do better.

The employees were very polite and nice, they complimented my shoe choice and greeted me. The ones doing the checkin were not as nice and polite, they often seem stressed and frustrated, but the others were nice.

This is literally the only once upon a child I will shop at reasonable prices with good quality cared for clothing customer service is always so nice and welcoming I love it I told them I was bringing the police next time because I'm always in there for over an hour held hostage by the variety of selected items! Close 86th st down too expensive and clothes too worn!
