They advertise they were looking for spring and summer clothing. A couple of weeks ago, I took in two tubs of freshly washed, sorted, folded and closely looked at for stains clothing . Everything, except a handful of things were excepted. They gave their typical rehearsed response of “stained, too worn, not needed sizes, out dated” Every single item was barely worn, high quality and modern style for infants and toddlers! I think they need to go through their racks and reassess and update their inventory of clothing and donate some of them to charities. Very disappointed and will not waste my or their time again.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Place is very clean. If they do t have something 1 weeks they may have it the following week which is very helpful for new mom or first time moms

Good place to go to buy and sell baby clothing. Their prices are low, and they'll pay you for your used clothes (not a whole lot, but let's be honest, you probably would have just donated them). The only downside is their inventory is unpredictable, so if you're looking for something specific, it might be hard to find.

Really disappointed. Called to confirm what their policies were. Got great customer service on the phone call. Drove 40 minutes just to be told they weren’t accepting buys. I told them my situation, they said I could leave them and they’d try to finish today but if they didn’t I’d need to come pick them up tomorrow. So I’d need to make a 40 minute drive….. again, just to get the passes back. They offered to donate passes and mail a check.

But it’s very frustrating. I drove almost an hour with 3 kids to get this done. I said I could pick them up Monday when I’d be in town anyway. They said no. I feel like that’s the least they could’ve done considering this was THEIR mistake.

Everywhere is short staffed. I get it. But that’s where you make exceptions to accommodate your mistakes.

I’ll probably try Indy instead whenever I find the time to attempt this.

Arrived at day before Easter, to do some shopping for my grandchildren, and I found the store extremely busy but extremely clean and organized. They were well staffed for help and helped me with some items to my car, which is above and beyond. It was a great experience.

This place is huge, the employees are super helpful, and the prices are great!!

while i can say they do have some nice things for cheap i’m very disappointed in their buying situation. i had some young kids clothes that were just going to be used as hand me downs that i brought in. They told me that the clothes were junior sizes and that they couldn’t take that. but on their website it says “tweens clothing” juniors is tweens. so they bought 2 of my shoes and gave me an entire bin of clothes back and told me to try plato’s closet. but plato’s does not buy junior clothing otherwise i would have went there. my family and i used to love this store. now i probably wont be returning.
