If you try to sell your gently used items, they barely give you the bare minimum, but they will accept broken toys and clothes with holes or stains and then try and sell the broken toy for $10. I shop here bc I can't afford to strictly buy my kids new clothes, but some of the stuff the do or don't accept is absolutely stupid. One person will accept items that another won't. They're not consistent with their policies at all.

Felt bad after seeing some of these reviews…I need to say - this place is AMAZING. I get all my daughter’s clothes from here. The clothing is clean, in great quality and sells for so cheap. I can get an entire season’s wardrobe for under $50 and call it a day. Sorry for the people who were not happy with their selling experience. Mine was fine. You can’t expect them to buy everything or even anything. Just donate it and someone who needs it at another thrift store will be thankful:)) ! Thanks OUAC for being the sole provider of my girl’s wardrobe for the past 2 years. We’re not going anywhere!

I came here for the first time ever due to my son having a growth spurt (I bought him clothes 2 months ago). I spent $360 on 3 huge bags of clothes and shoes. I’ve spent way more with other stores for a lot less. Out of everything I bought the Nike Jordans were the most expensive ($40). My son and I both left excited. Thank you for the amazing experience and customer service!

They give you almost nothing for your items. The staff is friendly but won’t recommend to take good quality items to consider because they offer you $2 for a designer dress and perhaps a dollar for shoes. Goodwill is cheaper.

Was told to go to the first register the other day and someone would take me , waited and the second register had more and more people , another person comes up and says to go to the second by that time I already had waited on whoever they told to take me was going to take me so just decided to leave. Years ago this place was amazing but the last 4 times I’ve been in has declined a lot. I can see from previous reviews that they have gotten a lot ruder , prices are very high . Went in time before last and comfort diapers are higher than kroger ( comfort brands ) prices new. Definitely would rather buy new or go to a different location.

I love the business model here! All the staff are always very friendly and professional. The only place you can trade in your kid's old clothes and get money back, then buy the coming season's clothes for $38. Love this place, and I highly recommend joining. ?
