I walked into another local wedding dress shop with my baby to browse and get an idea of what I wanted. As soon as I walked in the lady rudely said um you need an appointment to look at dresses. I literally took one step in the door. I quietly said oh ok stood there for a second looked around and walked out. She came off very judgmental and didn’t even offer me an appointment. I couldn’t leave my baby because she was exclusively breastfed and very young. So I left in tears. I’d never been married before or even been to a wedding so I didn’t know you had to make an appointment. I called OOH LA LA Boutique ❤️ It was a completely DIFFERENT experience she was getting ready to close up shop but she helped me shop through the dresses she had available. She wasn’t in a rush to get home. She made myself and my baby feel extremely welcome due to her customer service and love as entering her shop. I didn’t even want to continue shopping anywhere else after experiencing her comforting, warm, and welcoming presence. I found a dress I loved and she tailored it to fit me herself ?Very family friendly place to shop. I just absolutely adored her! ?

I had an amazing experience shopping there for my prom dress. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. She was so sweet and helped me try on dresses I would have been too nervous to. The first dress I tried on I loved and we ended up coming back to buy it. She was great and suggested tips for altering the dress and gave us a great price and discount!

I had such an amazing experience at this boutique! The owner took such care in helping us find my wedding dress. She asked very intentional questions to help narrow down the search for my wedding dress which I really appreciated. It was very obvious she is very knowledgeable about her craft and only wants to help people find a piece they feel beautiful in! This shop has some amazing vintage items and is not to be missed! My daughter won a drawing for a prom dress of her choosing. What an amazing experience! This shop is one of the cutest boutiques I have seen. Warm and welcoming with all kinds of goodies to be discovered. The owner is such a gem and was super helpful when styling my daughter. Thanks again for having such a giving heart for your community.

I don't know how this shop stays in business. Probably because she has no competition (only consignment dress shop in Twin Falls). Extremely overpriced. Very rude owner. Check out her responses to negative reviews to get an idea of her character. I recommend going literally anywhere else.

My dad and I took my daughter to look for prom dresses and we ended up at Ooh La La Boutique. I have never been to a shop that was so accommodating! The owner, Liyah, went above and beyond to help my daughter make sure that the fit,color and style all fit to her perfectly! We spent a little over an hour trying on dresses and all the dresses she tried were perfect! We also had a friend of my daughters that was also trying on dresses but didn't have the money on her for the dress with her. She explained to Liyah that she could come back with the money in a few weeks if she could hold the dress. Liyah told her she couldn't hold it but that all girls need a prom dress and gave her the dress to go home with. It's not easy to find people like Liyah. She's a rare gem in this world. We will definitely be going back for my daughter's senior Prom and any other occasion we can think of!

Liyah was patient and fun while my daughter tried on prom dresses, and she was very helpful instructing us about good colors and necklines for my daughter's shape. Although we didn't buy a dress from her boutique, my daughter wanted more bling- I would recommend Ooh La La for a positive, no-pressure shopping experience.
