I quite enjoyed my visit to this cute women's boutique. Men, great place to buy gifts (Free gift wrapping ALL year long ?). Ladies, great place to go with a friend or by yourself to treat yourself! There are great wedding gifts and knick knacks for brides. Great place to visit if you've never been!

I love shopping at OOTB! When you are there, you feel like family! My daughter, who is 18 with special needs, feels so loved when she is there. Everyone always makes it a priority to help her find just what she needs. We are so blessed to have this wonderful shop in our community!

I ABSOLUTELY love this locally owned store! Caroline and Linda are the SWEETEST and BEST duo! They have cute clothes, beautiful jewelry, and the BEST candles. They recently added permanent jewelry line to their store! Out of the Box truly has something for everyone. I’ve gotten baby shower, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, wedding, engagement, and graduation gifts and even the occasional treat myself gift. If you’re in the Panama City, you need to stop by and check their store out! You won’t regret it! ?

Firstly, their return/exchange policy is within 7 days of purchase. I went to exchange a necklace I had gotten as a gift and was told all jewelry sales were final. My mom had bought the necklace 2 days earlier. Nowhere in the store does it say all jewelry sales are final so you don't know that until you've purchased something and check the very bottom of your receipt for this statement. My mom was not told this at the time of purchase either. I will not be shopping here ever again. There are plenty of other small businesses with decent return policies that they are up front about.

The food and service here is being great since the new management took over. But this time we had a bad experience! We didn't realize it but apparently one cook didn't show up for work. We are the two side salads, an order of fried ravioli, and a gyro! We got our salads and you're all right away but never received the fries the one with the gyro and the fried raviolis that we had ordered! This was not the waitresses fault she was running around like a crazy person trying to help everyone but it was disappointing none the less!
